 The Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26 is your gateway to a world-class education in the heart of the Arabian Peninsula. Offered by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman under the Omani Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation, these fully funded undergraduate scholarships are open to students from around the world — including Pakistani nationals.

Successful applicants can pursue a Bachelor’s degree in diverse fields such as Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at top private universities in Oman — all with tuition, living stipends, and travel covered.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be a Pakistani national

  • Have completed Intermediate (Grade 12) or equivalent in the last 3 years

  • Be 23 years old or younger at the time of application

  • Be medically fit

  • Obtain an Equivalency Certificate from Oman’s Ministry of Education

Required Documents

  • Valid Passport

  • Intermediate Certificate or equivalent

  • Omani Equivalency Certificate

  • English Language Proficiency Test Results (if available)
